India 2007

Mark traveled half way around the world for a ten day trip to the city of Chennai, India with a group of seven others. During this trip they had opportunities to enter into and minister to several leper colonies.  These desperate people were ripe for the gospel of Jesus Christ. They had opportunity to share gifts, give testimonies, preach the Word, and pray for those needy people.  They also attended a family camp celebration, prayer meetings, and a sports camp with a number of Muslims in attendance.  Several of these young men gave their hearts to the Lord.  The also were able to encourage local congregations with the message of hope.  In all they believe that over fifty men and women were rescued from an eternity without Christ.  Much work needs to be done in this dark land.
